1. Return Eligibility
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- We do not accept returns on custom-built or clearance items unless defective.
2. How to Return an Item
Email us at zingdroneserve@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions for return shipping.
3. Exchanges
If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect product).
